We are OmniTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Senior Delivery Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
