We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Principal Social Media Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
