We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Principal Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation

- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
