We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Principal Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
