We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale

- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
